Art Lessons at Akrotiri Villas, Crete

Have you ever looked at something and thought "I'd love to be able to paint/draw that" but wouldn't want to be on an official painting/artist holiday? We can offer you the opportunity to have an informal, one to one lesson (or more) during your holiday with our friend Trisha Scott.

Trisha Scott studied at the Canterbury College of Art and gained a BA in Fine Art at Ravensbourne College. After further training at Brunel University, she worked as an art therapist running groups for adults with mental health problems and young people in crisis. Trisha has considerable experience with adult learners having taught landscape painting and life drawing at the South Greenwich Institute. She has exhibited at the Royal Academy, London Mall Galleries and Atlantis Gallery and her work is in private collections.

Trisha's particular skill is in nurturing and encouraging novice painters, the tentative and self conscious to gain confidence and discover their own voice. She is a firm believer that anyone can learn to evaluate what they see and subsequently make sense of the world around then through painting and drawing.

Trisha's rates are very reasonable and she will provide all materials - it's a great opportunity.
